Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were steady to as much as 20.00 lower. Slaughter ewes were mostly steady, instances 10.00 higher. Feeder lambs were firm. At San Angelo, TX 5615 head sold in a two day sale caused by rain delay. No sales in Equity Electronic Auction. In direct trading slaughter ewes were not tested; feeder lambs were firm to 3.00 higher. 3600 head of negotiated sales of slaughter lambs were steady to 1.00 lower. 10,100 head of formula sales under 55 lbs were not well tested; 55-65 lbs were weak; 65-75 lbs were 3.00-4.00 higher; 75-85 lbs steady to 1.00 higher; 85-95 lbs 6.00-10.00 higher and over 95 lbs were 5.00-12.00 lower. 6,513 carcasses sold with 45 lbs and down 17.92 lower; 45-55 lbs 13.73 lower; 55-65 lbs 6.24 lower and 65 lbs and up .70-1.10 lower. All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
